TERMS OF CONDUCT:

The following are the Terms and Conditions that you must abide by for use of the Hot Lava online store.

 If you cannot agree with these Terms and Conditions for the Online store then you are not authorized to use it.

 PAYMENT:

Hot Lava only accepts orders made through the shop's order system.  All payments including shipping and handling fees can be made with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express through our secure shopping cart. We also accept payments through PayPal.  Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination country and will be added separately to every order. For international shipments you may incur additional customs charges according to your country of origin. Hot Lava is not responsible for these potential additional customs charges. 

 SHIPPING:

All products are shipped insured worldwide via the most cost efficient option (USPS, UPS or FedEx).  You will be notified of the status of your order when it is received (together with payment) and when the item is shipped.

 Expect to receive product within 2-4 weeks.  Shipping times depend on the respective carrier.  Hot Lava cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

 PRICES:

Prices are as stated on the website and do not include shipping and handling.  Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

WARRANTIES, RETURNS AND EXCHANGE:

Due to small business/low stock we do not regularly do returns and exchanges. Before ordering please check out our comprehensive size guides. Please contact customer service if your item is damaged or mishipped.

Items purchased at discount are final sale.
